Ahh, thank you so much...that answered everything, and also jogged my memory on the odd plug green wire...thats for the rpm kicker that mounts to the carb to increase the rpm when the a/c compressor kicks in. Now to find the missing choke wire.... Shawn

I am getting ready to finish this engine end off, and I have a stray plug. It has 3 wires on it, one of which is a large red/orange one. I am suspecting it has to do with the A/C system, as I found 3 other wires cut off as well. These were all cut before I got the car, I just want to be sure...

Ok...I wasn't sure...I read something somewhere about pitman arms needing changed. Bolt in is a nice touch... Also have the Jeep shaft, and a new column going in as well. Shawn

I grabbed a sterring box from a 84 SS. Will this bolt right into my malibu, or do I need to change the lines and a pitman arm? I am not sure, and I would love to get this in...lol Shawn

Another option is to look for a older s10 blazer, like a 82-85...some of these had the no option switches on them you can easily get away with using the non delay switch, just dont hook anything up and use as turn signals only... If you decided to hook it all up, then that's a bonus...85-88...

I picked up these wheels off of a GMC Sonoma from Craigslist for 50 bucks. I was thrilled because I thought that S10 wheels would just bolt right up...They do...but... Even though the bolt pattern was right, GM for some reason decided to put a small ridge on the wheel, which prevented it...

I am not sure what this is called, its the panel that is between the rear window and the trunk. Mine is shot, and needs replaced. I have been unable to locate one at this point. Are they sold anywhere, or are they no longer available? I don't know if any other G body cars share this or not...

I found a relatively new mini starter in a LT1 Buick Roadmaster for 20 bucks... It is still nice and shiny too. Found the receipt in the glovebox. apparently replaced last month. I also grabbed the starter bolts that held it up. Can I re-use these, or just get new ones? Shawn

I agree...If like most wagons, the carpet splits behind the rear seats. The cargo area is a separate area. Shawn
