Which oil pan are bbc guys using?

I realize this post is old but for what it is worth, Moroso 20408 also fits and is 4.25 stroke compatible. 20408 does not hang below cross member. The steering center link is the closest interference. The back side of the cross member is very close - 1/8”-3/16” due to the 10” long sump. I had...

Another BBC in a Malibu wagon

Changes, changes, changes... I’m back in the game, sort of. Made it down the track for the first time in about 12 years. Pulled the turbo setup (for sale),sold the 406 (to a friend for his ‘65 Nova project), and dropped in a mild 468. The car is still the same as 12 years ago, tires are...

    park neutral safty switch

5 A is likely more than enough but I can't put an exact number on it. The switch is only controlling the low current side of the relay.

    park neutral safty switch

Just use an ISO 30 A relay and wire in like this. Goes without saying, but make sure the wire to the neutral safety is fused somewhere in case it would become grounded.

    235/60/15 tires on the front?

I run 245/60 on the fron of my wagon...15x7 Olds Ralleye wheels with about 4.25" of BS. These help draw attention away from the 275/60 on the rear.

    Converting to Grand Prix Dash

That looks really good. Personally, don''t like the look of the cars but the gauges sort of even things out.
