I've taken them out by removing the rubber then use a sawzall to cut the metal sleeve just be careful not to hit the ear on the rear. Once the relief cut is there just bend it in with a hammer and then tap it out of the rear ear. Again be really careful not to go to far so you don't damage the ear.

if you can get the drill bit to catch around the metal part, you can walk the rubber part out in one piece, then a air hammer, or a sawzall and inch it together and pop it out. its defiantly not a fun thing to do.

i ended up getting them out with a air hammer.. took about 10 min for both of them.. i ordered new break lines and fluid and will hopefully be doing the swap in the next week.. can anyone else think of anything that i will need while doing this??
