Right now i got 15x7 4,5Bs wheels front with 225/60-15 and 15x8 5,5Bs with 275/50-15 tires rear.
Im planning to get TTIIs in 17x8 and 17x9,5 sizes with 235/45-17 and 275/40-17 tires.
Help me find the right BS...i got 12" B-body brakes front, and 70s Chevelle 12 bolt in the rear.

I want to run a the same wheels, but would like to run 17x9.5's all around if I can.

You might consider a 245/45 up front, that keeps the overall height of the tire the same front and rear, unless you're wanting a shorter/narrower tire up front. The 245 should mount on an 8" wheel, since they do it on 16x8's all day long, so you should be ok there.

You may also look on http://www.pro-touring.com for the answer to this question. I haven't been able to get the answer to mine (since I'm running a Cutlass), but you may have better luck.

I will be ordering one of those wheel-rites or whatever you call it and measuring it that way I guess, to see what I can fit, once I get the new rear and stuff in the car.

Good luck, I'm going to keep an eye on this thread, and let me know if you post on Pro-Touring, so I can keep up with that thread over there too.

I hear that 5" backspacing in the back and 4.5" in the front is the norm, but don't quote me, maybe that will get you close? I think it has to do with the way the frame kicks out behind the rear wheels or something?

I found this auction on eBay, in case you're interested. It's a set of 17x8 and 17x9.5 TTII's 4.75" BS and 5.5" BS respectively.

I'm even thinking about getting a set for my car, if I can talk the boss into it, LOL. You night need a small spacer (1/4 inch or so?) on the front. I might also need a 1/2 inch spacer on the rear to fit with the stock rear, but the only way to know for sure would be to get them and stick them on the car.

Let me know if you get anything concrete.
