1981 Malibu 4 door Rear Gear Ratio?

Does anyone know the rear gear ratio of a 81 Malibu 4 door?
I have more info if needed.

I'll guess anywhere between 2.29 and 2.73 if it's an auto.

Have the numbers that are stamped on the front of the axle tube (passenger side) been detected yet? (if ring & pinion are original) :-k

i was inquiring about a car I had last year. I was trying to compare them to the Bu I have now.

X2 then without number codes from axle tube or ring gear and pinion teeth counted to be specific. 8)
