29.0 tire ?

CAN I FIT A 29.0 INCH TIRE UNDER MY 1982 CUTLASS AND WILL IT TAKE LOT OF WORK ?

You can fit a 29 inch tall tire but it depends on how wide it is.

29 or 30x9 will fit with minimal work. Once you go to a 10 inch tire, it's going to be more involved.

I WANT TO FIT A 29.0/9.0 WILL I HAVE TO CUT THE FENDERS OR NOTCH THE FRAME RIGHT NOW I HAVE A 28.0/9.0 AND MY RPM IS A LITTLE HIGH ON THE NOS.

I used to run 30 X 9 Hoosier Radial slicks on the street/track with little work.
