6.0 alternator brackets(no p/s)

i just recently got a 6.0 and was wondering if anybody has done just an alternator only setup.i have no p/s,a/c or anything else.all the kits i look at have provisions for p/s and i just want a charging setup only.thanks

I have seen this done before over on LS1tech.com. You have to run an LS1 alternator and bracket with a tensioner. That was you run one small belt. I'll see if I can dig up a pic. It was on an Old Roadster.

I am, i just used the stock truck brackets, cut the bottom of the alternator bracket off and got a shorter belt. Works great.

I got mine from BMR,I have an electric Mezeire water pump also with no acessories.
