Got the driveshaft in today. 3" shortened was perfect. The crossmember was a easy modification. I cut about 1 1/2 inches off the mounting tab and drilled new holes of what was left and ovaled the holes. It fit perfectly. All I have left to do is hook up the detent cable, the lock up switch for the coverter, fill with transmission oil and get a new shifter. The Z-Gate I bought and the star shifter I had from B&M will not work cause they are made for a 3 speed transmission. I need to get a shifter for the 700R4. A 4 speed shifter. Hopefully the local part store has one in stock. I will let you guys know how this monster transmission works. It is the most complete conversion kit I have seen. Let's see if everyone will "EAT MY SHIFT" like they claim. dancin_banana.gif
