700R4 parts, whats needed.

Im not looking for a full on rebuild but parts to make a good trans great. What parts are needed to turn a 700R4 into a good street/strip trans ? Im looking at the TransGo shift kit # TRG-700-2-3 is that a good shift kit ? What size boost valve and servo ? what about Kevlar lined bands or wide red eagle alto bands, are they worth it ? any other little parts.
Part numbers would be great if you have them. Thanks Doug

TransGo kits are good, they have several different ones. .500" TV boost. .300" Low/Reverse boost, Red or Carbon Bands: no Kevlar, Beast Sunshell, Reinforced Input Housing, Hardened Pump Rings, 5-Pinion F&R Planetaries from 2001up 4L65E are a ++,
