A body 10 or 12 bolt

i know....this has been discussed a zillioin times. to put one of these rears in a g body, what has to be done? i know it either has to be narrowed or you need rims with like 5.5" backspace. i know that you need upper control arms made for the swap. but, what about the lowers? are the spring perches and shock mounts in the correct place?

on mine that came out of a 66 chevelle the lower control arms are the same and the spring perches were in the correct spot. and just change the u-joint.

what about shocks? did you need a different length or anything? are you using adjustable lca's?

no just a regular shock, just had to turn the flat part of the bolt towards the rim and use those really thick spacers on the one side.
