A Body 12 Bolt in a G Body

This had a 1970 12 bolt in ti.
8.5 with 5.5bs, with 28.5 tall

If the 12-bolt is the same width as your stock rear end, then max of 4" backspacing will work without frame problems. If the 12-bolt rear end is stock length for '68-'72 chevelle and/or monte then 5" backspacing will work. Some of the guys on here have mentioned using 5.5" backspacing wheels but I don't see how without a frame notch to the seem.

Thanks, it will be a stock length A-body rear. I just wanted to make sure the 28x10.5 will tuck and NOT rub with a 15x8 w/5"bs on the stock width A-body 12-bolt.
