B-Pillar question

Hey there...
I'm new, so I apologize if this has been gone over before.
Did the b-pillars change thickness between years, or just between regular models, landau roofs and classic models?
Of the 3 I've owned (2) '80's and an '81, they all had the same b-pillars (if memory serves.) Thanks.

The Landau option had a wider inside trim B pillar trim. There is a corresponding outside B pillar cover or trim piece. The quartet windows are also different length.
