D313's Generic or not (7 Malibu's later and still fit the best with a big block) also they still look great with the ceramic coating. Good ain't cheap, and cheap ain't good !

-Just have to say that the Hooker 2241's and the Doug's D318's look identical! For the price I would have to go with Doug's headers. I would assume they are made the with the same material.
-If the 3/4" primaries are sufficient then I may opt for the d313's, but are they big enough?
-If I go with the 2241's then exactly what modifications need to be done. I am using the stock style small block mounts with new polyurethane inserts.

Wow, forgot about this post. The Doug's headers are tuned! to those who believe they are not. You are wrong used for many years and have had others order. As far as mods trim both stock clam shell motor mounts and taking off 3/4 of inch on lower rear a-arm on passenger side. For the money and the looks of a clean engine compartmant thats were I would put my Money. Sorry took so long to respond.
