BBC motor mount question

I'm test fitting my BBC onto the new frame going under my monte and I'm running into a problem.
The frame was originally from under a Regal but I'm using stock SBC G body frame pads and insters from Energy suspension. I put the pads in the stock SBC location, got one side the bolt is in but the other side is sitting up 1 1/2- 2 inches. I don't believe I have the inserts upside down, could the engine side mounts be wrong to use with this setup?

Do you have a set of engine side mounts that look like the ones in this pic on the left side with the SBC on it?

I have a spare set of SBC mounts off a 400 I can try.

A friend of mine had the same problem with those Energy suspension motor mounts. he had to switch them around a couple of times to get them to work

Swapped on the SB mounts and they dopped the engne right where it needed to be.
