body color firewall or black

Dark paint, firewall same color. Light paint, black firewall.

If you plan on spraying the stuff with a gun, I think the same color as the body but add a little flattening agent to the paint. Same body color but a semi gloss finish. Looks nice.

Flat or Satin black would be my choice,i like the sleeper look,original looking stuff.But if you are building a modern style car body color would be good.

i voted black but ive always used rust-oleum gloss black because it looks good and it seals off rust the best. Ive always applied three coats with a brush and it smoothes out like glass...

I vote body color.. do a little smoothing and the firewall will look sharp.
