Body mounts came off frame?

Has anyone ever had the bushings on the body pop out of the frame when trailer their car? When I had my car tied down on a trailer we hit a bump the bushings came out of the frame and the car was sitting about 3 inches above the frame. When we took the car off the trailer it went back to normal. What do I do?

Replace those broken or missing body mount bolts

What if the bolts are still in the body mounts?

Not saying it couldn't happen but my guess is that either the bolt was so rusted that it broke or rusted out and pulled thru the nut. My 67 Chevelle holes rusted out on 2 of the mount. I cut out the rust and welded a large flat washer over the bad spot...good as new.
