Brake Drum ?

Hey guys just bought a 83 Monte SS with GN rear and needed brakes the drums were also bad but the drums that Advance was trying to sell were smaller is there a difference between a stock 7.5 rear and 8.5 GN rear drum. also the engine code digit is 7 and they don't even have a drum for that code available they had to use H,the brake shoes showed the same for the GN and Monte and the old shoes looked the same as the new,the problem is the drums these parts guys are confusing any input would be appreciated.

IIRC, the GN had the same size rear drums as all the other G bodies...

The cast iron rear drum is the same as used since the late 60s for almost all GM cars.
