bs question sorry cant find what im looking for

ok guys sorry about asking this here, since its for my f body but
on the stock 7.5 10bolt most guys run a 15x8 with 4.5bs now i just put in a 4th gen f body year, thats right about 2 in wider on each side, so would i just add 2in to the bs on each side and make it 6.5?

It does sound like you are thinking the right way, but i would bolt on the old rims and measure from there to get me where i wanted wheel wise.

MAN I HAVE HAD SO MANY OF THOSE CARS, YOU ARE CORRECT, THE WHEEL BACK SPACING CHANGES ITS ACTUALLY ONLY ABOUT 3.5 - 3.75
ON THE REAR I WAS RUNNING A 17 X 9.5 WITH 5.5 BS WITH A STOCK REAR
WITH THE NEW REAR WOU WOULD NEED 7.5-7.25 BS
