Hello all. Can anybody identify these seats? I would like to get them redone in black, but not sure where to start. My best guess is to figure what car they came from to order the correct covers for them. Any help would be great. My guess is that they are from a monte carlo or G- gody.

Thanks

Definitely GM, I would say 1981 and up . Would look right in any G-body. Doug

Thanks guys for the replies. That sounds like an El camino-- I cannot get them to fold forward. That seems to make sense. They are in goood shape for $90 bucks and the tracks are there too.

Im near Chicago, IL. How much for the back seats?

If they are El Camino...they should still flip forward for access to the cargo compartment. With no ash trays in the back they might very well be camino seats. In your center pic there is a lever on the side of the bottom cushion...have you tried that to release the seat back?

Just a thought

X2, El Camino seat should flip up. That side lever is so the seat can recline. Seat are most likely from a four door S10/15 blazer. Doug

I was thinking that lever was for recline but wasn't sure if it would also flip the seat back forward? The four door S10 is a good point Doug.

Four door sounds right. Does anybody know if there is a way to cover these to look like the vinyl seats that came stock in malibus?

Your only option is to get new seat upholstery or look for seat covers. Doug

Not out of a blazer/jimmy, they had fixed head rest's. They are out of a early to mid 80's cavalier or cition or celebrity 4 door. As for the covers you will more than likely have to have a upholstery shop make them for you, and the black vinyl is still in use today.
