Carb flange?

Can anyone please explain to me what the difference are between a 4150 and 4500 style flange? I'm trying to make sure I purchase the correct throttle body for my carb to efi conversion and the only thing I get from the manufacturer is that the intakes carb flange is a square bore design. Thanks in advance fellas.

A 4500 is a Dominator series. If you had it, you would know it. Lee

Square bore is going to be 4150 style.
