This is someting close to a national dish, you could buy it everywere in Chile and in some cases are almost a foot long!!!!!!

Bread, sausage, advocadon (palta), sauerkrat, choped tomatoes, mayoinaise (lot of mayonaise) and you could add ketchup, mustard or hot sauce if you like...
