I used the pieces Smoke suggested on a 4,000 mile BB 69 Chevelle (the control bushings were new) and there wasn't a hint of wheel hop. The only problem is you need a drill with like a 3/8" bit.

Just an up-date, about 3 weeks ago i decided to cut the rear springs & lower the car to make it level, that alone helped tremendously, i don't feel a hint of wheel hop. Also got a tip about just boxing in the stock control arms to strengthen them.
