Im having a problem with my heater blower motor! :x
Everytime I turn the ignition switch on, the fuse for the blower motor blows!
It just started doing it, and I have no clue what the problem is!!!
Any suggestions????

Does it blow the fuse with the fan speed switch in any position?

No, it blows the fuse right when I turn the ignition on with the blower in the "off" position.

Unplug the fan switch and everything in that circuit all the way to the blower motor. Then start with the turning on of the ign. switch, if it blows then the problem is localized. If it doesn't blow plug in the fan switch and move it through all of the speed levels, and so on up the circuit line back to the blower motor until the fuse blows again.

Or just unplug the blower motor and work backwards from above. What size fuse is it popping?

Those fan motors run non stop at a low speed even in the off position IIRC, so if the fan is old it may be just a bad motor.

Its popping a 25A fuse. I had a problem with heater before and it was only blowing the fuse when the blower was in the "on" position. Then, I replace the motor with a used motor and it solved the problem for a little while. Now, its blowing fuses right when I turn the ignition key on.
