El Camino Rear slick size....

I'm sure this has been brought up many times before...

With a stock rear and stock suspension, what is the biggest slick you can put on a camino and what do you need to do. I have the fenderwell chrome and would like to keep that if all possible.

I had 26 10s on mine I had the chrome trim and the fender inside lip cut off then I notched the frame and went to a 29.5 10.5 and a moser 9"

Stock rear, kinda low, 28x9" slick, 8.5" wheel w/4" backspace.

I run a 28x9 also on my Monte with uncut wheel lips and wheel well trim.
