I'm experiencing a problem in my electrical system, something is pulling power after the car has been shut down causing the battery to drain ](*,) . I've checked EVERYTHING that I could think of and the problem continues curse_sign.gif , any ideas from someone whos had this problem before?

A low tech way to find a power drain is to pull one fuse at a time overnight until the drainage stops. Then start checking each item in that circuit.

Take the NEG. cable off the battery and hook a test light between the cable and the battery. If the light is on you have a draw. Pull fuses one at a time till the light goes out. That is the problem circuit. Make sure you don't have a under the hood light in.

Do you have any extra accessories (aftermarket radio/parts, etc.)? How about the alternator?

No extra accessories, radio isnt connected, and the alternator is stock rebuilt unit which charges correctly when car is running.
