The guy I work for is moving and is selling off his assorted Camaro project pieces due to a move. I've mentioned to him in the past that I was interested in the LS1 he had for it, and he offered it to me today for $500. It's got 60k on it from a '99 Camaro, and was running when it was pulled for a cammed LS2 built to run nitrous. It's completely stock, and is missing the pan, the intake, coils, and injectors. I have NO clue what they're going for, so is this a fair price?

Thanks.

If its lower mileage, then yes. Thats more than fair. These are the things to remember...Coil packs can be taken off of the trucks. The rest is going to be kinda expensive. You've got to take into consideration what you're getting and what you've got to spend to get it where you want it.

Thanks. 60k is reasonably low, but I'm going to freshen it up a bit before install, anyway, and take a look at some cam options while I'm at it.

It looks like I'm starting on a new swap project... hope I'm not getting in over my head.
