Frame notch support

Hey anybody out there have any feelings on frame notch/ support, before I notch do I need to put my anti roll bar support bar in or coilovers with support bar?????? Can I notch and plate and then add the anti roll bar and rear coil overs with cross bar, any thoughts would be very much be appreciated, thanks

going in pretty deep 10 inch rim 5.5 bs going in 1.5 inches on frame probably

Thats what I did.

Yes put it in first. Or atleast a support bar so it doesn't mess with those frame rails when you cut them all up.
