ive seen alot of people running 456 gears in there malibu.. i have 410s in mine but i was just wonder how people like there 456 gears.im sure there good at the strip but how are they on the street?

i love the 456 but there too much for my blower motor, 410 is a good all around gear for town and even some highway use

i love my 456's i had 373's before i swapped to a full spool. i would def think 456's are to much for the street, but are very good for the track.

456's with overdrive would be alright depends on the tire size and converter

im going to probably run the tallest tires i can. and im thinging about a 3800 or a 4000 stall. but my friend says a 4000 well be to much for the street. because my car is only going to rev to maybe 6200.. my cam is good for 7200 but i dont see me making any power over 6200. .how ever i am going to knife the crank to help it cut through the oil and rev quicker.

i wanted 4.56 my dad wanted me to go with 4.10's but i ended up with 4.30's oh well
