I have a 87 GN rearend(drum Brakes) Does anyone know what the knurl on the studs are? Im wanting to put long studs in but having trouble finding out which ones to get. Part numbers would be AWESOME!

If you talk really nice to a GOOD parts counter guy, that is willing to help, they should be able to look it up in a catalog for you. It should tell you the spline size.

I used ARP wheel studs part # 100-7708 in my GN 8.5 rear axles. They are metric, 12mm, 1.5 thd with a 0.59 knurled Dia. (no need to change lugs nuts from metric) and are 1"" longer than factory ones. They come 5 to a pack.
