Help Idenify if possible?

I recently purchased a turbo350 fresh, but I also got with the deal a converter that is blue in
color with the only marking of a stamped "F15" on the top side of the converter. Has anyone seen this and know the brand?

The first thing to do is measure the diameter of the converter. Depending on what you are planning to use it for, the diameter can help you decide rather quickly if you want to use it.

Is it larger than 10"?
