how to fit bbc in 85 monte ss with a sbc?

i have sbc in my monte going to put a bbc in it what all do i have to do and the tricky part is i want to keep a/c so if anyone has done this let me know so i don't run in to any problems thanks

I had the factory AC box in My car before I switched to Vintage Air. I just notched out for My valve cover and fiberglassed it back in. It was a real pain to change the back spark plug and the back lower valve cover bolt was almost impossible. Here are a few pics
