How to grease poly control arm bushings.

I believe you are supposed to grease these bushings every so often but how and with what? Im talking about front control arm bushings. If you know how please let me know. Thanks.

If they don't have zerk fittings the only way to lube them is to disassemble the A-arms, remove them from the shafts, lube the shafts manually & reinstall them into the A-arms.

......and while you have them apart, drill and tap them for a grease fitting so you don't have to take them apart again!
