I have been looking at putting a intercooler on my car. What do you think of one like this?

Bar and Plate is the way to go, but you have to match the intercooler to your setup...You won't need 35 psi to make 6-700 hp, so the pressure drop will be ~1-1.5 psi in your case i'm assuming. If that's the horsepower you want to make, it is fine. And can you fit 3" pipes and keep it neat? If the turbo doesn't put out 3" then why get 3" inlet/outlet, just have to spend more money on reducers.

So im thinking 450 hp max and if I understand you right I should be using a intercooler with 2.5 inch inlets because my S/C outlet is 2.5? I am putting battery in trunk and cutting hole in rad support and running tubes thru that go from blower to intercooler from right side and back to carb on left side. Danny

Correct. 2.5" pipes will be easier to route and will be more efficient because your compressor outlet is the same size. At 450 HP there I don't think you will need 3" piping unless you plan to upgrade in the future.
