Interior plastic dye/paint source?

In terms of being "dark" or "light" it was very close. The color just wasn't the same.

My friend bought two rattle cans of light blue that were supposed to be a factory match for his Camaro from one of the major Camaro parts suppliers and they werent even close to the color he needed. Night and day difference.
