new to big wheels...goin with 17's got some ???'s

ok it time for the cream wagon to get some new shoes. i am set on putting 17's up front and maybe 18's out back. for the front a 17x8 with 4.5" b/s right? and a 245/45 tire... that will fit right? and for the rear i'm not too sure about the 18's... could someone shed some light on what will fit and what won't? but if i stick with 17's it will be a 9 inch rim 5" b/s and a 275/40... i'm pretty sure that will fit. this is on a wagon that has been lowered 2" front and rear, stock housing length and stock brakes for now... we may go with larger ls1 brakes in the future but pla on having stock stuff for a while.

Well if it helps I have 16 X 8.5 with 4.5 back space up front but I have 215x55x16 want to go bigger just haven't yet. They don't rub or anything but they should have been 3.5 to look right.
also have 17x8.5 with 4.5 needed 3.5 to get bigger tires on without hitting the frame I have 245x45x17s could go alot bigger if I put Spacers in. So I should have gone with 8.5s with 3.5 or 10s with 4.5

I'm running 18x8 and 18x10 TT2 CL205's. I've done the 1LE front brakes so I am running a 4.75" backspace on front and a 5" backspace on rear, tire size right now is 245/40/18 front and 275/35/18 rear (I should have bought 275/40/18 but wasn't sure they'd fit) no frame notch yet but the 1/4 lips are rolled slightly...thats on a coupe though, not a clue if the wagon rear wheel wells are the same

I can say that yes it's lower than stock but I have no idea by how much....I trimmed a set of S10 coils for the front and am using a set of global west f-body rear coils.
