I think 16" because that is what came with the camaros with the 12" brakes, I have heard that some guys get away with the 15" rims but its not very common to get that lucky. As for back spacing I am not sure, but from what I've read it won't change. Hopefully someone will chime in after me.

15" will fit...the impalas/caprices that came factory with those brakes came with a 15" wheel.....and your back spacing will probably depend on what diameter wheel you buy......on 17's and 18's I know 5" backspace is the right setup

Yep. 15" will fit fine. As far as backspacing 4"-4.5" will work but, if you run the same backspace on the rear wheels the fronts will stick out a little. I don't think a wheel less than 17" will work with more than 4.5" backspacing due to tie rod interference (not positive on that though). If possible I would go with a 4" bs rear and a 4.5" bs front. A lot will depend on ride height and tire size to.

I have Monte SS N90 alloys on mine. They're 15" x 7" , 3.75" back spacing.
