Anyone here running the nitto 555r drag radial. Looking for a sticky tire that's a lil better in the rain than most drag radials. I also have interest in the M&H then there is the standby MT. I have heard the MT wears extremely too fast. Will see more street miles than strip. Wish i could say how many miles i plan to drive but the car has been off the road since 06 so who knows. plan to be a weekend warrior but will occasionally drive to work.

I ran the nittos, great wear but not the best traction at the track. Ive also ran bfg drag radials and they wear fast, better at the track though. This season Im going to run the m/t radial as I only care about traction at this point.
yeah ive been thinking on this hard. i think i have decided to keep it on street tires and find some slicks just for the track. car would be towed the 1.5 hours there and back so it seems like the better solution. plus a bias tire can handle to blow of a stick much better
