Are there any handheld tuners that can turn off VATS, EGR, EVAP,CATS, REAR OXYGEN SENSORS, AC,etc. and tune performace for engine timing, etc, set cooling fan temp???? dancin_banana.gif dancin_banana.gif

I think you need a tech 2 but idk. But I do know a local Guy (up here) that will do it for a burger

Tech 2 won't do any of that. As far as I know only HP Tuners, EFI Live, and LS1 Edit will do that
