progressive controllers ?

How do they effect your timing , Lets just say your taking out 12 degrees when the nitrous starts to come in does it take the full 12 degrees out from there or do it go up with ramp or the % you have set :-k

Depends on how you wire it and what progressive unit you have. Some of them have a terminal that will turn the retard on and keep it on as soon as you initiate the progression of the nitrous, or you can wire the trigger for the retard in right at the solenoid and that will pulse the retard just like the solenoid is pulsed. Or you can really get tricky with what happens if you are using one of the more high end MSD boxes.
