Do you remember what intercooler that was? Was it an ebay special too? Love the car btw! Any issues with the headers cracking?

it came in the cxracing universal 3" kit.... No. headers are holding strong.

Thanks. Are you supporting the turbo from a bracket on the frame or did you use a triangulated support from the block? I see that you have a pressure regulator on the new set-up, what did you do when you ran the stock truck intake and fuel rails? I picked up a GT45 knock off someone had with the bov, wastegate, flanges, manual boost controller. I am trying to make a parts list for this set-up to go on my 6.0.

if yuor running the stock truck intake, with the fpr mounted on the fuel rail you are good to go...its actually a boost ref and will increas pressure....i ran the stock truck intake for years with the stock rails
no extra braces...turbo just floats on the exhaust piping.
