Rear disk conversion

Well im going to be ordering a fab 9 soon and wanted to put rear disk on it. i read in another post that you need to change the proportion valve to a disk/disk. does any one know the year and vehicle to get one from. I was looking at the rear disk kit from areospace. has anyone used them on here.

Master Power Brakes has the disc/disc combovalvetaht bolts right into the stock location.
