How much is SBC 400(509) virgin bore bare block worth that has been magfluxed,hot tanked,checked for cracks,cleaned and ready to go,only need freeze plugs and oil galley plugs?THANKS

I am thinking about 200 to 400 dollars before machining. 509s might be more, but they are getting rare.
