It's a Garrett (AiResearch) turbo off of an old Detroit diesel. It just looks mean, it's really pretty slow. 377 with a small Summit cam, dish pistons, nodular crank.

Here is a short vid of my junk at Steele AL in 2008 on the very lowest setting. Mine is the black car, I don't know who owns the red one, but it is a sharp car.

It rides around just like a low compression mildly cammed small block, very smooth and mannerly. I have had the boost as high a 19psi but due to traction issues it only ran 6.44@111. I have a BG400 fuel pump with an Aeromotive boost referenced return style regulator. The carb that is on it now is a custom built CSU, but I built one with the hangar18 mods while I was waiting on my CSU and it did great with 12psi.

you can see my combo at the bottom, im going for 11.50 to 12.00s with 8 psi and intercooled, i just finished getting everything listed beneath, so now the build begins.
i previously had a stock olds(307 olds motor) cutlass cruiser with a 650 blow through carb, and a t3/t4 supra turbo with 60 trim, it was completly streetable and c*ck the driver side tire, when i figure how to post pics i will, of the wagon and the current car my malibu.
my cuz in ny also has a 1969 oldsmobile cutlass, with a 350 chevy and a twin turbo setup also blow through, he is very happy with it, and drives it everywhere.

for a street car i suggest a t3/t4 hybrid with 50 or 60 trim, so that the spool up is quicker and the power gains are excelent(150-300hp).if u have any questions hit me up, id be happy to answer to the best of my knowledge...
