This will make my uca's point down (not up)
I can make and weld in brackets to lower the axle side lca. Causing it to point up. Then lower the front of my car 3/4".

Will this work?

line of sight the LCA are horizontal to little down and UCA are about the same or more
my spring ride height is 10.5-11" with 14"x175lb

from what i gather you are tyring to lower the Point of contact on the car right?

Yes, lower the mounting point on the uca (body side).

What im unsure of is the angles. Are they suppost to be in relation to the frame or the ground?

Ok checked my i/c on baseline suspensions site, turns out its 540" behind my car. Ordered the baseline buckets will update when installed.

No ebrake. Rims are 15x8 with 5.5 bs. I have a 7/16? Spacer.
