Some carpet questions

It looks like Im going to have to replace the carpet in my wagon. The old fern gray has changed into a light green in spots. I bought mass backed carpet for the 81 coupe. Im going to do the same for the wagon.
What should I use for the door bottoms and the cargo area ? ACC sells the carpet with no backing but I dont think thats the right stuff to use on the floor. Maybe on just the door panels. If I use the regular backed carpet Im thinking its going to be like steel wool on the painted floor.

They used 2 different types of carpet on the lower door panels, 1 is just like what is on the floor http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,extras,1,parttype,55

The other is Ozite, a non backed real strechable carpet http://www.yourautotrim.com/80wideozite.html

Ozite weras out to easy to be used as a normal carpet, daily use is too much for it. But it is good for low use places, or package trays and trunks.

Thanks for the info Junior. Which would you use for the doors ? The latex or poly backed ? I think the car has Ozite in the cargo area now but I dont know how I would match it now. The number of the carpet that I want to put in is 7705.

I would use the poly backed stuff, that way you can order it when you order the carpet and have a good color match.
