Turn signal bulb in dash replacement

I have no first hand knowledge, but I thought one of the members did the swap...

(Been out of town the last few days) Once I remove the clear panel and the gauge face, how do you remove the piece that has the circuit board and how or what do you clean it with? Thanks for any help!

The housing has 4 or 5 nuts around its perimeter holding it in, look carefully around the edge and you will see them, one may be hidden behind the air duct on the left side. Then it just pulls out, but you have to unclip the speedo cable from the rear. Clean the copper contacts with a pencil eraser, if they are badly corroded use very fine steel wool.
