Does anyone know exactly what angle the top ears of the factory rear are? Is it a simple angle like 45º each side... or a weird one like 37º? I'm trying to get a somewhat simple solid modeling image made and I don't know what to use for the ears.

I'm in the process of setting up my new 9" housing. I'll be at the shop in an hour or so. I'll measure the angle between them and let you know.
Looks like 90 deg. to me.
I should say, 90 deg. apart from one another, so 45 deg. from the driveline. If it's not 45 deg. it's got to be awfully close.
