I need to repaint my rallys on my wagon. Is there anywhere I can get paint for them?

O'Reilly's has Argent Silver in a rattle can... Clean the wheels up real good with degreaser and some sctoch brite pads and let the paint fly.. Argent Silver is also the correct factory color! I wish I kept my Ralleys, they look great on ANY car.. Good Luck!

I always used Krylon Dull Aluminum or Matte Aluminum
I haven't tried the Matte Nickel color yet, but, all the rallies I have done, I used the Dull Aluminum, plus, you can pick it up at the local Wally World. Spring for a couple of cans of cheap gloss black, and paint the back sides of the wheels first, makes them look nicer!

I just did a set for the '81 Malibu I picked up from craigslist a few weeks ago. I'll snap some pics and post them. I used truck trim rings, they are rounded, well, because that is what I could pick up for $20.

And this last pic is a before shot, thats why there is bomb can primer on the front end and trunk lid....for now...probably go flat black or white, maybe silver....a flat marina blue would be kinda cool...anyway there is the dull aluminum.

I have painted several sets over the years & the closest to factory is either Spar-var or Krylon dull aluminum, make sure & prep the surface properly & one key that my old man taught me growing up is to use a heat gun between coats, also warm the can of paint itself in some warm water for a short period of time , it mixes the paint & flows much better, you will be amazed the difference the heat gun makes! also use the heat gun when applying vinyl dye to interior panels. Good luck. Chris cool.gif

National Parts Depot sells some stuff that they advertise as factory Rally Color. Never tried it though.

For anyone that is a detail nut like me, factory Vette wheels are black on the back, Argent Grey on the front.
