My sig has the specs on my combo, im getting a 1.6 60 foot with the 3.55s but im thinking a 4.10 would definatly improve that. I cant decide between the 3.90s or 4.10s. dont wanna rev it over 6500. curently hava a slopy b&m 3500 which im gonna swap for a tighter one... thanks in advance!

we need to know the tire size, and what rpm and mph do you cross the stripe at? oh yeah, how much does your car weigh with you in it.

Is it a street/strip car, or just strip?

4.10 gears will only realistically give you about 300rpm difference across the stripe.

Are you spinning or bogging? If your 60' is high & you're bogging, tightening up the converter is the last thing you want to do in a "heavy" car. Leave it & try deeper gears. If you're spinning, you may need a tighter converter & more gear to slow tire speed. It may also just blow the tires off easier with a tighter converter. Unfortunately, it's kind of a trial & error thing. I'm sure others here with more drag knowledge than me will chime in if I'm way off base.

4:11's would be the best for what you wanna do, and still be able to drive it on the street once and a while. I got 4:56's and I would not advise them for a street car.
