Thats simple, break out the sawzall and a drill. That should be all you have to do, lay the "new" bracket up against the housing and mark it, cut the upper portion of the housing off, and drill two more holes.
after looking around for along time that seem's to be the way but the only problem is that the brackets seem to be to big for the material on the flange only have enough metal to use 3 hole's......http://www.thirdgen.org/ls1reardisc
